Shipping policy

Most items will be shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions include custom items and one-of-a-kind items. Most fused glass items are one-of-a-kind. Under normal circumstances, these items will be shipped when completed, usually in 3-5 business days. I will contact you if I am aware of any delays in my getting your order out.

During times when shipping services, such as USPS, UPS, etc, are extremely busy, the arrival of your order may be delayed.
